Adria M. Designs originals range from art deco to cowgirl luxe. My work features hand-sewn and hand-finished leather. I use natural or antique/vintage components, Czech glass beads and buttons, recycled glass and handmade beads, and mixed metals. I love to up-cycle unique pieces; antique glass buttons, French shoe buckles and fur clips make great focals! I use heirloom quality leather (cow, water buffalo, ostrich, elk and other exotics) to create truly unique statement pieces that only get better with time. Through collaboration with Mason Made Leather, (Erie saddle makers) every part of the leather hide is used. "Scraps from chaps" might become leather earrings and bridle leather finished into classic men’s bracelets. You can find my handmade designs at local art shows and events, or custom upon request at my Erie, CO studio.
